The ANEW Project Professional Development series elevates collaborative leadership, strengthens team capacity, and sparks meaningful growth! Our capacity building approach blends interactive challenges with reflective practices that empower educators to problem solve, collaborate, and elevate their school culture. Each experience equips teams with practical tools to support a positive, student-centered culture.

These interactive workshop series use proven leadership concepts, cooperative challenges, and shared moments to strengthen classroom dynamics. Participants will practice trust-building, Interactive Activities, and important reflection pieces that help develop SEL Skills. Students will go through a creative process that fosters creative expression and sparks imagination, helping boost confidence in and out of the classroom.
